How are pets prepped for surgery?

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the best possible care for your loyal companion. As such, we always require a physical exam and pre-anesthetic blood testing before any recommended surgical procedure. This allows us to ensure your pet's organs are functioning well and can adequately metabolize anesthetic. Any abnormalities noted on physical exams or blood work also allow us to make individualized changes to our surgical protocol and medications to ensure your pet's surgery goes as smoothly as possible.
